Terms of Use
Please understand these terms before using PixelSaaz. Keep original files and review exported results before relying on them.
Last updated: October 29, 2026
1. Using the service
These terms apply to PixelSaaz’s website and image tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the processing described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the tools. You are responsible for complying with laws and obligations that apply to your use. People who cannot legally accept these terms should use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
2. Your images and intellectual property
You keep your rights in files you select and exports you create. Selecting a file does not transfer ownership to PixelSaaz. Use only images you own, are licensed to modify, or otherwise have permission to process. Conversion, resizing or removing metadata does not remove copyright or grant permission to redistribute someone else’s work. You remain responsible for obtaining permissions and deciding whether an exported image can be used commercially.
The website’s original text, interface and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party software components retain their own licenses. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to describe compatibility or preparation workflows, without endorsement.
3. Fair use and technical limits
Do not use the website to violate another person’s rights, distribute unlawful material, bypass access controls, probe infrastructure without authorization, or interfere with other visitors. Do not create misleading advertising interactions, click ads to support the site, or instruct others to do so. Automated requests must not overwhelm hosting or evade applicable access restrictions.
Batch capacity depends on your device and browser. The current engine rejects requested export canvases above 64 megapixels; browser limits can be lower. Worker concurrency and Smart PNG work are bounded to reduce resource pressure. There is no promise of unlimited processing, an exact output size, or a particular processing time. You may need smaller batches or dimensions. Limits and supported formats may change as the service develops.
4. Output review and original copies
Lossy formats can change colors, text and fine details. Smart PNG may reduce colors if its checks pass; those checks are not a guarantee of perceptual equivalence. Keep exact pixels refers to post-canvas decoded pixels after your selected edits, not original metadata, high-bit-depth data or animation. Re-encoded files are still-image exports. A conversion may produce a larger file, especially when changing format.
Inspect downloaded files before publishing or deleting anything. Keep your originals and make your own backups. The service does not maintain a server-side archive of your selected images and cannot recover a closed browser session. Platform presets do not certify that a marketplace will accept an image or that a theme will display it as expected.
5. No warranty and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that every file can be decoded or exported without errors. Do not rely on the service as your only archive or as a substitute for professional review where accuracy is critical.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.
6. External services, changes and contact
External documentation, future advertising and third-party sites are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability is outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features, address misuse, or update these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version; review material changes before continuing use. For questions, rights concerns or support, follow the Contact page and use the details below.
